60 ml Vera Ginø
30 ml Chili & Lime cordial
Method & Garnish
Build over ice in a stemless glass or rocks glass with short stirs and lime zest.
Chili & Lime cordial
5 limes
200 g water
150 g caster sugar
4 g citric acid
1 tsp chili flakes (quite spicy)
Microplane 5 limes and combine with sugar and water in a small container. Stir well to dissolve and then add chili flakes. Cover and put it into the fridge for at least 12 hours. Occasionally shake it up to speed up the infusion. When it’s done strain well and add citric acid. Store in a airtight container.
