Ingredients
50 ml Vera Ginø
30 ml Sage cordial
top with cucumber tonic
Method & Garnish
Build over ice and serve with a sage leaf in a highball glass.
Sage Cordial
30g of sage leaves
300g water
200g caster sugar
4g citric acid
Combine 300g hot water with 200g caster sugar in a jar to make the simple syrup. Then tear the sage leaves and drop them in. Allow to infuse for at least 12 hours. Strain the liquid and add citric acid.
